Kimberly Kim
Alumna, Intelliwings Internship Program
Kimberly Kim is a User Experience Researcher based in DC and is an alumna of the Intelliwings Internship Business Development Program. She is an expert in providing positive experiences to the customers that keeps them loyal to the product and brand.
Her research process is inspired by her multicultural background, as well as her passion for international marketing. Living and studying in different countries including the US, UK, China, and South Korea enabled her to become a trilingual speaker and trained her to gain both creative and holistic thinking modes that can better serve hybrid marketing needs in the West and East.
Before she became an International Business Specialist, she worked as a paralegal in the International Affairs Department of Zhong Lun Law Firm – one of the largest law firms in China. There she represented clients to introduce new patented technology at the Boston BIO 2018 World Biotechnology Conference, and acted as an interpreter and activity organizer at the San Francisco 2018 Investment and Trade Promotion Conference held by the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.
Kimberly holds a Master’s Degree in Communication Management from the George Washington University and a BA in Laws from Shandong University.
